Our Team

Pastor Ryan Glosson

​Pastor Ryan has been at Turbeville First Baptist since December of 2019. He is married to Felicia and they have three boys and a girl -- Dillon (20), Connor (10), Colby (8) and DeLani Grace (3). 

Pastor Ryan recently graduated from Liberty University with his Master of Divinity, with a concentration in Theology. He retired from the US Air Force in 2018 after over 21 years of service. 

He enjoys spending time with his family, riding 4 wheelers, playing soccer and is an avid reader. 

Donna Welch

​Donna Welch is our church's secretary. In May 2021, she will have been in this role for 11 years. She and her husband Mike have been married for 36 years. They have two daughters, Aimee and Cydney. Aimee is married to Seth Hammett who gave Donna her two grandsons, Preston and John David. Cydney is married to Tyler Boatwright.

Donna has been a member for more 20 years. 

When she is not busy working, playing with her grandkids, or hanging out with family she enjoys reading and decorating.
